It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Smith of Old Fort, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley Fortner and Joyce Honeycutt Van Patton; her sister Renee Fortner; her husband David Smith; her children, Spencer Bradley (Nateara), Daniel Bradley, Joshua Smith and Alexandria Smith; and her siblings, Kay Branton (Dean) and Ronnie Fortner (Kathy). She was also cherished by her 10 grandchildren.
