She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnie Hooker and Frances; her husband Robert Sutphin Sr.; her children, Robert Jr. and Cathy Sutphin; and her brothers, Bobby and Thomas Hooker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Dunn (Norman) and Barbara Wilson (Robert); her granddaughters, Laurie Vess (Ben), Crystal Bartlett (Cody), Samantha Thompson (Mike) and Sarah Dunn; her great grandchildren, Jordan Rowe (Brent), Jenna McMahan (Ethan), Samantha Vess, Keira Walker, Harper Bartlett, Jarod Jones, Brayden Vess, Jaiden Dipietro and Maddox Bartlett; her great great grandchildren, Carter McMahan, Ella and Mallory Rowe; her siblings, Bonnie Lackey, Kaye Fletcher and Carlos "Bud" Hooker (Marie); her extended family, April and Mike Ouellette; and her children, Katlyn, Jacob, Donald Lackey, Brian Jones and Hughie Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
