She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Hutchins and Edith Hutchins of Black Mountain; her husband Phillip McClenda Creasman, Sr.; her sister Betty Bartlett; and her granddaughter Caitlyn Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip M. Creasman, Jr. of Asheville, NC, Dianna Hughes (Mike) of Old Fort, NC, Denise Gendrolis (Steve) of Jabez, KY and Monica Wilson (Jerry) of Jabez, KY; her grandchildren, Tyrell Thurston, Melissa Dalton (Chris), Elysia Miller, Tiffany Yow, Tatum Wilson, Kim Hughes and Deana Carver (David); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Landon, Ellie, Shane and Gavin; and her siblings, Nancy Bartlett, Robert Hutchins (Wanda), Bill Hutchins (Linda) and Elaine Pressley (Ronnie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
