Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Ruth Autry of Old Fort, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 86, on August 9, 2022. She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Turner Baker, Sr.; her husband William Forrest Autry; and her siblings, Virginia Baker Burgin (Glenn), Angeline Baker Knupp (Frank) of Jesse, Glenn Baker (Margaret), Ray Baker (Iona) and Faye Baker Silver (Lee).
She is survived by: her daughter Rev. Jenelle Watson (Roger); her grandchildren, Will Watson of Harrisonburg, VA, Miriam Watson of Blacksburg, VA and Grace Watson of Charlottesville, VA; and her close friends, Ruby Nodine of Old Fort, Katrina Bass of Burnsville and Janet White of Old Fort. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
