It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malene Bailey (Old Fort, North Carolina), who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy "Pop" and Laura "Mom" Cox Meadows; her husband Albert Bailey; her granddaughter Melissa Farmer; and her great grandchild Layla Hettenschuller.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Shoenfelt, Bill Bailey (Agnes), Nancy Smart, Pamela Bailey, Anita Buchanan (Jimmy), Doug "Bud" Bailey (Carolyn) and Robin Inman (Richard). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
