With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Barlowe (Old Fort, North Carolina), who passed away on March 6, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gilliam and Adell Davis Gilliam; and her brother Jerry Gilliam. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Barlowe; her children, Maro Nazworth and Franklin Barlowe; her sister Margaret Lavender; her sister-in-law Dianne Gilliam; her grandchildren, David, Kayla, Jeremy, Meghan, Brittany, Brandon and Alecia; and her aunt Virginia Condrey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
