She was predeceased by: her father Claude Lee Nicholson; her husband David Darnell; her children, Sandra Gail Chastain and Roger Chastain; and her siblings, Hascal Nicholson, Harold Nicholson, Gerald Nicholson and Arvin Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah "Charlee" Gouge (Jerry) of Old Fort, Cynthia Blackstone of Old Fort, Charles "Chuck" Caldwell (Sarah) of Old Fort and Denece Hollifield (Johnny) of Nebo; and her siblings, Virginia Roach of Marion, Milas Nicholson (Mattie) of Hiawassee, GA and Lex Nicholson (LaNell) of Cartersville, GA.. She is also survived by grandchildren; seventeen precious great-grandchildren.
