Kurl Penland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023, at the age of 78, Kurl Penland (Old Fort, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arvil Penland and Bessie Mae Moss Davis; his wife Deborah Sue Duncan Penland; his children, Jeanna Presnell (Jeff) of Marion, Lori Lamb (Michael) of Marion, Keith Penland of Old Fort, Angel White (Danny) of Marion and Crystal Penland-Nguyen (Binh) of Canada; his stepdaughter Crissy Wilson of Marion; and his sisters, Carolyn Clark of South Carolina and Billie Jo Moore. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
