Hudgins (Cel Jean) of Gloucester, VA; his granddaughters, Bella Yvone Hudgins and Veronica Marianna Martinez; and his siblings, Gail Bagwell of Old Fort, NC, Kathryn Price of Mayo, SC, Edwin Hudgins of Old Fort, NC and Harold Hudgins (Martha) of Black Mountain, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
