She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawrence Lowery and Thelma Jean Lowery. She is survived by: her children, K. Michelle Stephan of Hendersonville, NC, Stacey D. Stephan of Marion, NC and Brandon M. Stephan of Tennessee; her fiancé William Smith of Old Fort, NC; her brother Michael Lowery of Old Fort, NC; and her granddaughters, Leilani, LillyAnn, Annabelle and Kaylee.
