He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera McKinney and Ruby Turner McKinney. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery McKinney (Kaytlyn) and Chanda Rumfelt; his grandchildren, Payton, Gunnar and Meek McKinney; and his siblings, Sharon M. Godfrey, Harold (Donna), David (Diane) and Tommy McKinney (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
