He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Boulton and Dorothy Boulton (Hart); his wife Bunny; his son Dennis Boulton; and his siblings, Joe Spaulding, Audley Spaulding, Jim Spaulding and Mary Adsit (Spaulding).
He is survived by: his siblings, Don Spaulding, Diane Porter (Spaulding) and Linda Spaulding.
The family asks if one cares to remember Jack in the form of a donation, it be directed in Jack's name to the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, Forest City, North Carolina who provided Jack with exceptional care.
