He is survived by: his wife Wanda Vess Earley; his daughters, Kim Bartlett (Kenneth) of Old Fort, Crystal Allen (Steven) of Old Fort, Tonya Kelly and Tracy Vess-Dalton; and his grandchildren, Justin Powell, Kenny Bartlett, Kali Bartlett, Megan Bartlett (Montana) and Caprice Roberts (Aaron).
