He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Roosevelt Smith; and his sister Frances Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diane Corn Smith; his sons, Brian Smith and Kelly Smith (Jessie); his grandchild Brooks Smith; and his nephews, Dean Blanton (Sharon) and Michael Blanton (Sharon). He is also survived by his family and friends.
