With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Croom of Old Fort, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Croom and Mary Croom; his sister Shirley Schaeffer; and his daughter Wendy Oxford. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Dalton (Ben) and Kyle Croom (Chelsey); his grandson Matt Croom; his sisters, Brenda King (Sonny), Paula Nelon, Wanda Manick and Patricia McGee (Allen); his son Allen; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a large number of nieces and nephews.
