It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Young of Old Fort, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grace Young to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Dala Haney Walker and Young Henry Walker; and her husband Richard "Dick" Young. She is survived by: her children, Heidi Young Jenkins of Swannanoa, Jonathan Young of Chesapeake, VA and David Young (April) of Rutherfordton; her siblings, Madge Fore of Old Fort, Mina Matthews of Old Fort, Lala Thomas of Old Fort, Rellon Walker (Edith) of Old Fort, Randall Walker of Old Fort, Lance Walker (Teresa) of Old Fort and Nathan Walker of Old Fort; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Chad, Jacob, Connor, Davis, Nathan and Meghan.
