He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvill Owens and Addie Davis Owens; and his stepson Brandon Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Day Owens; his sons, Ray Owens (Christy) and Scott Owens (Michelle); his stepchildren, Chantal Campbell (Charles) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Shaina, Kaleb, Kinsey, Bethany, Cameron and Aden "Mikey"; and his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Courtney and Chase. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
