He is survived by: his sons, Lynn and Eddie Stevens; his grandson Christopher Moore; his siblings, Bernice Fox, Texie Stevens, Beulah Robertson, Mildred Moore, Ray Stevens, Betty Lou Lunsford, Faye Lovyne Burgin and Gene Stevens; his children, Gayle Stevens Bishop (Fred) of Old Fort and James "Randy" Stevens (Margaret) of Old Fort; his sister Devue "Dee" Stevens of Mountain Ridge; his grandchildren, Jamie Stevens (Kasey), Desarae Kirkpatrick (Nick), Sabrina Stevens and Blake Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Kaley Kirkpatrick and Lillie Stevens.
