She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Prater and Celia Justice Prater; her children, Charles Heffner of Punta Gorda, FL, Tina Keith of Old Fort and Teresa Griffin of Asheville; her brothers, Dale Prater of Swannanoa, Terry Prater of Burnsville, Darryl Dillingham of Leicester and Claude Dillingham of Weaverville; and her grandchildren, James Harris (Meghan) of Rutherfordton, Timothy Harris (Jessica) of Marion, Brandon Heffner of Cowpens and Tabitha Endsley of Waynesville.
