He is survived by: his wife Kathy Padgham; his children, James Padgham, John Padgham (Lisa), Teresa Vess (Randy), Barbara Gautney (Tim) and Pam Osbon (David); his siblings, Gayle Louise Padgham and Richard Padgham (Marie); and his grandchildren, Kayla Parker, Aaron Padgham, Mike Vess, Tyler Vess, Kyle Toney, Tyler Gautney, Cory Silvers and Sara Key.
