He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie "Bill" and Pearl Buchanan Hall; his grandson Seth Hall; his siblings, Naomi Hoilman, Linda Hicks, Carolyn Stewart and Charles Hall; his son-in-law Tony Moseman; and his nephew David "Foot" Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Laws Hall; his children, Patricia Moseman, Sandra Davis, Matthew Hall (Misty) and Thomas Hall; his grandchildren, Heather Moseman, Jossalin Davis, Jeremiah Davis, Zackery Saunooke Hall, Justin Davis, Steven Davis, Zachery Dewayne Hall, Ryleigh Blake and Deven Blake; and his great grandchildren, Kharter and Kannon Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
