She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dover and Pearl Reed Dover; her husband Eugene Ray Rice "Red"; and her siblings, Hazel Bryson, Mary Ann Greenwood and Thomas Young Dover, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Paula Parker (Ronnie) and Mike Rice (Lib); her sister Mildred Melton; her grandchildren, Scott Parker (Tanya), Shane Parker (Regina), Stephanie Cannon (William), Samantha Lee, Shanna Rickman (Mark), Richard Rice (Drema), Donna Laughter and Susan Chavez (Martin); her great grandchildren, Marrissa, Shelby, Sydney, Dakota, Calah, Cody, Colten, Cade, Zach, Max, Madison, Karris, Peyton, TJ, Caroline, Karly, Daisy and John-Michael; her great great grandchildren, Braxton, Dawson, Cortlen and Cade; and her grandchildren, Baby Jones and Baby Cannon.
