With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela Thomas (Old Fort, North Carolina), born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2019 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Christopher Thomas of Old Fort; her son Scott Thomas of Old Fort; her grandsons, Dylan and Jackson Thomas of Hickory, NC; her siblings, Shirley Vaughan (Danny) of Bluefield, WV, Roberta Hartwell of Marion, NC, Robert "Bobby" Smith (Sandra) of Morganton, NC and Ricky Smith (Susan) of Marion; her cousin Janie Huntley of Burnsville, NC; her close friend Annette Sigmon Byrd; her friend Chase Laney; and also Scott Thomas. She was also cherished by mother, grandmother and nanny for numerous nieces and nephews.
