He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nelson Pack, Jr. and Cathy Lee McDaniel Pack; and his sisters, Vanessa Miller and Kathryn Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Tina Ann Robinson Pack; his children, William Gillis, Taylor Correll, Adam Pack, Dakota Pack and Justin Moore; his stepdaughters, Tianna Forbes and Arica Crouse; his grandchildren, Lyla Gillis, Benjamin Correll, Evangeline Pack, Clayton Forbes, Lucus Forbes and Dexter Crouse; and his brothers, Thomas Pack, III and Alvin Pack.
