He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Birdie C. Mills and Gladys M. Douglas. He is survived by: his parents, William H. "Bubby" Mills and Linda Mae Mills; his daughter Kayla Brianne Mills; his stepsons, Sean Tettimer and Dayne Foster; his fiancée Lisa Vidi Foster; his siblings, Mark Mills (Nicole), Chris Mills (Dawn) and Tina Bowen (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Tyler Mills, Kaitlyn Jones, Ryan Jones, Sierra Mills, Coy Mills, Brittany Payne and Tyler Bowen; and his great-niece Carsyn Mills. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
