He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carson Bullard and Velma Cameron Wicker Bullard; and his siblings, Calvin Bullard, Lester Bullard, Wayne Bullard, Robert Bullard, Ruth Bullard Lawrence and Colleen Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Motsinger Bullard; his children, Patsy Phillips (Larry) of Olivia, Sherri Naylor (Mike) of Sanford and Randy (Eduardo Hepp) of Miami Beach, Florida.; his grandchildren, Jessica Phillips Gilbert (Marcus) of Olivia, Samuel Naylor of Norfolk and Adam Naylor (Gabriella) of Charleston; and his sisters, Rachel Bullard Kelly of Cameron and Felicia Bullard Overton of Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
