It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Williams Griffith of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holmes Williams and Maggie Hall Williams; her husband Andrew Harris Griffith Jr.; and her siblings, Thomas Williams, Elizabeth Burns (Birdie), Alice Alford, Rachel Edwards Medline (Bunk) and Barbara McQuay (Bobbie).
She is survived by: her children, Miriam Katrine Griffith and Dean Craig Griffith (Patricia); her grandchildren, David Allen Griffith of Greenville, NC and Dean Craig Griffith Jr. of Wilmington; and her sisters, Betty Skipper Jackson of Whiteville, NC and Lillian Buie (Pink) of Red Springs, NC.. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, she is survived by her two children.
