Marilue Tate Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilue Tate (Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina), born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Morris and Peggy Morris. She is survived by: her husband Michael Tate; her daughters, Shannon Porter (Dave) of Hampstead, NC and Kelli Tate of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, AnnaBella Porter and Ryan Porter; and her siblings, Julie Wilkes of Richmond, VA, Beth Micks (John) of Fredericksburg, VA and Bruce Morris (Debbie) of Bluffton, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation (yourCPF.org) in the name of her grandson, Ryan Porter.
