He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rudy Walters, Michael Walters and Diane Walters. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Walters; his daughter Allison Walters Dees (David) of Harkers Island, NC; his stepdaughter Whitney Stephens of Supply, NC; his brother Thomas Walters (Erma) of Shallotte, NC; his grandchildren, Kevin Nance Parker, Elizabeth Allison Padgett (Anthony), Rilynnd Stephens and Paisley Stephens; and his great grandchild Harper Allison Padgett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 in Jimmy C Walters's honor.
