He is survived by: his parents, Paul Lee Norton and Edna Brooks Norton; his wife Allison Dover Norton; his sons, John P. "JP" Norton (Nicole) of Charlotte and Michael A. Norton (Kasey) of Charlotte; and his sister Kathy Laxson (Jim) of Navarre Beach, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his many friends.
