He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Comer, Jr. and Kathleen Lavelle Comer; his son Douglas Comer; and his brother Ronald Comer. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dickerson Comer (Marge); his son Keith Comer (Julie) of Naperville; his grandchildren, Robert, Allison and Christopher Comer; and his sisters-in-law, Lucinda Comer, Linda Sinclair, Nancy Dickerson and Carol Dickerson.
