He is survived by: his wife Carole Hill Starnes; his children, Jimmy Weatherholt (Donna), Tammy S. Brigman (Joe), Barbie Swaringen, Connie Thompson (Randy), Jeanna Starnes and Amanda Culbertson (Patrick); and his siblings, Luke Starnes (Lillie), Brenda Voncannon (Jerry) and Pat Love. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
