He was predeceased by: his father George C. Houston; his siblings, George McDonald Houston, Shirley Houston Polk and Barbara Houston Watkins; and his former wife Mary Ellen Houston.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Snipes Houston; his siblings, Bill Houston, Gary Houston and Carol Houston; and his nieces and nephews, Lynne Kessler, Tanya Moore, Russell Polk, Dwight, Rick and David Watkins.
