We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, at the age of 94, Myrtle Smith of Oakboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fletcher Newton and Dora Estelle Newton; her husband Willis Lee Wiley (Theron C. Smith); her son Larry Wayne Wiley; her grandson Scott Wiley; and her siblings, Faye Ballard, Edward Newton, Robert Newton, Henry Newton (Hoover) and Clyde Newton.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Lee Wiley; and her grandchildren, Chuck Wiley, Chad Wiley, Tina Eudy, Tammy Gilmore, Tonya Crayton and Misty Rowland. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
