It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morris Griffin of Oakboro, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vernon Griffin and Lizzie M. Stoker Griffin; his wife Annie Louise Griffin; and his daughter Rhonda Sue Griffin. He is survived by: his granddaughter Misty Michelle Hughes (Chris) of Stanfield, NC; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Hughes, Bree Hughes and Kyndall Hughes.
