She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoyt Gist and Lessie McPherson Gist; her husband James Lloyd Curlee; and her son David Thomas Haire. She is survived by: her children, Tina Carter (Wayne) of Albemarle and Anthony Haire of Badin; her grandchildren, Justin Carter (Suzanne), Holly Williams (Derek), Heather Shaver (Jeremy) and Christy Pickler (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Bronx, Cash, Grace Carter, Beckham Williams, Willow, Ivy James Shaver, Mason, Reese, Miles and Russell Pickler.
