It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Mills of Oakboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Ralph Mills and Lessie Harris Mills; his wife Mary Lecty Mills; his siblings, Gene Mills, Betty Eudy, Lib Barrier and Shirley Hildreth; and his son-in-law Tony Hatley.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Mills (Jann) of Oakboro, NC and Kathy Hatley of Oakboro, NC; his granddaughter Michaela Zepeda (Levin) of Oakboro, NC; his great grandchildren, Julian and Greyson Zepeda; and his sister Judie DeMuth (Jay) of Albemarle, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
