She was predeceased by: her parents, C. H. Hatley and Margie Little Hatley; and her brother Wayne Harding Hatley. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Isaac Murray; her children, Chris Murray (Leslie) and Laura Hiott (Chris); her grandchildren, Brianna Harris (Evan Alfred), Christopher Hiott Jr. and James Hiott; and her siblings, Roger Hatley (Ellen), Janice Hinson (Bill) of Oakboro and Dianne Coble (Ted) of Oakboro.
