He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Tucker and Minnie Tucker; and his wife Penny Poplin Tucker. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Hatley (Allen), Lisa Lowder (Tracy) and Karen Dickinson (Todd). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
