He is survived by: his father Stephen Douglas Lambert (Shirley); his wife Michelle Lambert; his children, Johnathan Lambert (Tiffany) and Brittany Medlin (Shaun); his stepchildren, Ryan Foreman (Hillary) and Kaileigh Russelburg (Dylan); his grandchildren, Corben, Theron, Kiley, Brooklyn and Dawson; and his sister Donna Allen (Larry).
