He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tucker and Rose Burris Tucker; his wife Josephine Little Tucker; his son Perry Tucker; and his siblings, Henry Blane Tucker and Mary Frances Bustle.
He is survived by: his son Harvey Jackson Tucker Jr.'Jackie' of Oakboro; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Little of Oakboro, Annette L. Helms of New Bern, NC and Rita Little of Oakboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
