He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Eudy and Carrie Eudy of Oakboro, NC.; his wife Mary Ruth Eudy; and his siblings, Marvin, Coolidge, Shirley Turner, Louise Lowder and Ruby Carter.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Cody (Timothy) of Gold Hill; his grandchildren, Josh Cope (Tera) of Albemarle and Whitney Brosius (Joshua) of Albemarle; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Gavin, Hudson, Myles and Noah.
