He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Smith and Lula Allen Smith; his wife Frances Hahn Smith; and his daughter Jan Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Myra Hatley (Don) of Locust. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
