She is survived by: her children, Charles Van Horn, Jr. (Donna) of Woodland, WA, Thomas Van Horn (Renee) of Oakboro, NC, Sandra Seefeld of Kittanning, PA and Susan Van Horn of Walsenburg, CO; her grandchildren, Jarad Van Horn (Meghan) of Mount Ida, AR, Hannah Van Horn of Derby, KS, Aaron Van Horn, Adam Stuart of Walsenburg, CO, Jennifer Seefeld of Pittsburgh, PA, Kathryn Van Horn, Kyle Van Horn and Sarah Van Horn of Oakboro, NC; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Jude, Konnor, Kyrsten Van Horn, Lucius and Miciah Luzer; and her brother Harold Schreckengost (Terry) of Mineral Ridge, OH.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
