He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Greene and Nora Bell Greene; and his sister Barbara Lynn Greene. He is survived by: his wife Sue Greene of Oakboro; his children, Kimberly Blalock (Billy), Scott Morgan (Melindie), Russell Morgan (Amanda) and Amy Stegall (Tim); his grandchildren, Spencer Morgan (Pavin Chunn), Mckenzie Edwards (Corey), Ariana and Brock (Victor Morgan); his great grandchildren, Fraley, Brixtan and Wiley Edwards; his siblings, Glenda McClellan (Clay), Jeanette Hatley (Stoney) and Wayne L. Greene (Patricia); and his brother-in-law Rodney Lovell.
