It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Keith Weaver of Oakboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eugene Weaver and Hilda Athene Smith Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Karen Brown of Albemarle, Lindsey Toole (Chris) of Stanfield and Daniel Weaver (Kim) of New London; his sisters, Karen Lowder of Albemarle and Ketti Overcash of Terrell; his grandchildren, Zac Brown (Alyssa), Maddie Brown, Aidan Brown, Eli Toole, Owen Toole, Tripp Weaver, Avery Toole and Emerson Toole; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Charlotte Brown.
