He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Manly Owen Sr. and Ruby Ann Keith Owen; and his sisters, Jean, Laura and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Morgan Owen of Oakboro, NC; his children, Sheila Allen (David) and Kevin Morgan; his grandchildren, Robbie Nance, Jr. (Jennifer), Ryan Nance (Ashley), Jason Allen, Stacie Allen, Kevin Morgan, Jr. (Skye), Kristian Morgan, Kaitlyn Morgan, Karen Morgan, Drew, Aubrey, Emma, Payton, Sawyer, Mackenzie, Bryson, Graylnn, Kyndell, Isabella, Keatin, Railyn, Kasen, Mckinley, Gavin, Cooper, Zoe and Shelby; and also Mavrick.
Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross of Albemarle or Mineral Springs Baptist Church.
