He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Lee Broadaway, Ray and Betty Morton. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Wayne Broadaway and Denise Morton Broadaway; his wife Robyn Denise Johnson Broadaway; his daughter Ali Renee Broadaway; his sisters, Jennifer Hinson (Gary) and Paige Broadaway (Alex Smith); his grandmother Mildred Rushing Broadaway; his cousin Scott Broadaway; his close friends, Chris and Joey; and his pets, Harly and Miracle.

Memorials may be made to Butterfly House Children's Advocacy Center, 923 N. 2nd.
