He is survived by: his wife Laurena Hutto-Taylor of Oakboro; his children, Davy Lane Taylor (Ashley) and Jennifer Taylor Efird; his stepson Michael Marthers (Karen); his grandchildren, Dalton Lane Schlichting and Taya Jade Schlichting; and his siblings, Glenda Roberson, Sue Clontz, Larry Taylor, Harold Taylor, Ronnie Taylor and Tommy Taylor.
