With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Asquith Lincoln Leahong of Oakboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Leahong and Evie Leahong; his brothers, Albert and David Lenny; and his son Winston.

He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his brother Wilbert; and his children, Hopeton, Sonia, Barrington, Venice, Andrew and Christina. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
